  1. No irony from me, just a little hint of reality which I hope will help you come to terms with the fact that one decision on Friday did not cost you an appearance in a grand final. Hull KR will be licking their lips in anticipation of meeting such a weak willed club in their next match.
  2. Go on, you know you want to. In fact don’t. I’m not a man in search of devotees, unlike others already mentioned in this thread.
  3. Maybe if you desisted from the trick of reading the minds of multiple club owners then I wouldn’t be tempted into it myself. You really could cut the irony with a knife in here today.
  4. People will react how they see fit. If Derek can call into question the abilities and qualities of those involved in the running of RL, then why can’t people have their say about him. Harry has been running off at the mouth about not casting the first stone whilst conveniently ignoring the fact that the first volley was launched by his messiah.
  5. You’ve been in this game a long time Martyn, and will have seen many decisions such as the one that happened in this game. How many times have you seen a club owner react like this? I think your answer would probably show that your post above is absolute nonsense, and you know it.
  6. He may very well be a gentleman but that doesn't mean that everyone has to agree with his messianic devotion to a guy that devalues our game every time he opens his mouth.
  7. Then Leigh should have played better in the 11 games they lost this season instead of crying about one dubious decision against a team against whom they have clearly been second best all year. Everyone’s childlike devotion to Derek is almost enough to make me emotional.
  8. But Leigh are the best team in the competition, and they are still in it. Surely the best team in the competition can go and pick up a win at Hull KR? Or maybe he's just full of ?
  9. Yes, I’m pretty sure that this laying on in the tackle is how Wigan have thumped the mighty Leigh twice this year.
  10. It was a carbon copy of the first game between the two teams this year. Leigh looked good in the initial stages and then fell apart when Wigan got in front. Wigan have played a lot better this season and Lost.
  11. It was a decent turn out today but nothing more than that. For a team fresh off the back of securing a first Wembley appearance for a generation, I would have expected better.
  12. He looked very good. For his first time out in this team he played big minutes and changed the game when he came on. Great try as well. I'm looking forward to seeing more of that from him.
  13. Enjoyed the result but not so much the game. I didn't think either team were great. Leigh started well but Wigan's defence was far too passive in that first 20 minutes. The Amone try was embarrassing. Wigan got lucky with the two tries late in the first half and then Leigh kind of gave up. Very reminiscent of the first game between the two teams this season. As the Leigh fans, quite correctly, kept reminding us, they are going to Wembley. If they play like that, they will get thumped.
  14. If he’s got any brains he wouldn’t even go looking for it.
  15. Maybe Derek should dump Leigh and spend his money on York or Hunslet? Surely they are more deserving.
  16. I would say that, until his season was ended by that pointless thug from Saints, Cooper was our best prop. I cannot fathom how anyone would choose Ellis as our best forward. Bang average at the very best. Isa? Really? I must be watching from an alternative dimension to others posting on here.
  17. Hopefully we can now see the back of Singleton, Mago and Isa.
  18. Wigan also sign Chan from Catalans on a 3 year contract.
  19. Regardless of how much later I posted, sorry if my life got in the way, your obvious hatred of all things Wigan is cringeworthy. You should try thinking before you post because you are embarrassing yourself.
  20. How ironic. Your dummy is in orbit every time Wigan play. It's quite sad the way they are living rent free in your head.
  21. I don’t care enough about Saints for them to go anywhere near ruining any day of my week. The play acting is quite amusing though.
