No it wouldn't, be the same as if an NRL club went under, not the end of the world where it really matters.

Utter sxxxe, Toulouse is not a destination venue as far as Rugby League goes, its another failing experiment. It has two chances of survival, A, they they are aware of the as yet unstated but possible IMG criteria that says any club in London, or France is automatically guaranteed grading Of B. B, mass insanity strikes all the supporters of every L1 and Championship club, who then stop going to watch their club and buy season tickets for Toulouse with no intention of ever going to see them "because that is in the best interests of RL"

Not weird it's how you see things, I feel that most of the threads here do not in general brook much dissent, I am fully aware that my views do not coincide with 95% of the posters on here, but that doesn't mean that I do not have the right to them, nor that they are inherently wrong. Most people the 1300's knew that the earth was flat and was the centre of the universe. Most of the time I don't post, I read and leave it at that.

My opinion, I don't care what you think about it, it's a forum not a clap fest mutual x society.
-
Personally I don't give a xxxxx about the NRL, irrelevant no matter what the draggers think, and the homegrown apologists.

Which is sort of my point, treating "London" as a place that could attract tens of thousands from across the metropolis to watch Skolars and Broncos is a mistake. Break it down into say 4 zones and try to get 5000 to each would be better than it is now, with less travelling. And if public transport or using a car is to much for Londoners then there really is no point as it would clarify that not enough people down there are interested so RL might as well give up down there.

The difference is that Swinton and Oldham and their like, don't have the 9 million population that was quoted, nor have they spent the 100 million that those 3 gentlemen cumulatively have probably spent on only 2 clubs. If Northern towns with a population of 50000 can get 500 to attend ,then a population of 9 million at that rate should give an audience of around 90000 which patently is not happening. Does this mean that the people of London do not have an appetite for the game ? or that more clubs in London, like football, may actually produce a better uptake by promoting "tribalism"?
-
And just how long, and at what cost has this tapping into London been going on?
-
Why don't they just look in a mirror, or at a photo of our resident marketing putative millionaire. Product has a value of £5, a salesman sells it for £5. A "marketing" expert talks a load of cobblers trying to convince you to pay £ 15 for it, snake oil peddlers.
-
Is that code for "London" clubs will be treated as special cases and therefore won't be put against a wall and shot?
-
And so it should be, if not downright impossible.

I sometimes vehemently disagree with your views, however you are so right here. This shows just how far out of touch the "leaders" of are with reality. -
Thank god for some who truly understands, and to PW71 the Keighley, and Bingley schemes that we both also rejected both have Conservative members of Parliament.
-
You can say the same about the Bronte sisters as well
-
And your point is. Of the bids in the Bradford area this was the one that was guaranteed to fail because it was a pipe dream, chasing dragons.

Sense prevails.

No, I am laughing at you.

The Daimler saloons, not mk2 jags, the Majestic Majors had a 4.6 litre version of the 2.5 engine. Sorry don't know anyone with an Anglia axle, been out.of.the trade for a while now so only fettle my own now.I did know a bloke who dragged a hot Ford pop and he used the original axle as he reckoned it was bomb proof to above 200 bhp.

Had several warm Ford's over the years, V8 lightweight as well.
