Seems it spilled out into the crowd after reports of the fans abusing the match officials, I imagine it must of been a frustrating game for everyone

Well, after a mixed pre-season we start off the official season with a win Great to see the team spirit to come back from being behind at the break. Can't wait for firmer pitches and dryer weather Onto the good Friday derby....

I'd like to think you're right, but I'd heard they're wanting to relegate 4, promote 2, which would then ( I think ) give 2 leagues of 10 below SL

It's more positive than I thought it was going to be so I'll take it you're right about the HMRC payment and I can only think the off season focus has been on paying that down ( rightly so in my opinion) and this has only came about due to money owed which no one would of predicted. Hopefully we can just move on now and build ourselves back up

Due to creditors not paying on time it seems, large amount paid back to the HMRC in the off-season which is good but only time will tell if lessons have been learned. I was optimistic about a good season however not so much now Hopefully Barrow and Haven both have a good season in the champ but I'm not feeling too positive for either if the rumours of relegating 4 teams is true!

At last a statement came out to put the rumours to bed. Not an ideal situation for the 7 but at least it's cleared up that it's due to creditors not paying on time rather than the club in the

Thought town were fantastic at the weekend, could clearly see they wanted it more. Thought the atmosphere and vocal support from the town fans was what the players responded to and got them over the line. As for Haven, rumours flying around again and it seems like lessons haven't been learned. Town could be in with a good play-off shout if all players are kept fit. Hope Town have a good season, West Cumbria needs a strong semi-pro presence to give the kids of the area something to aim for, hopefully Haven and Town can both provide that.

Rumours that Maizen is off to Bradford... More rumours flying around.... Silence is deafening!! Club seems quick to come out and calling the fans and putting the blame at their door with the old " if you want a team you need to support it " but yet nothing coming from the club yet again!! Shambles!

I agree with you ( I know, doesn't happen often ), Wigan looked much better with him on the field, to be fair to Leeming, he probably shouldn't of even played, was limping around from the minute he got on so fair play to him for putting his hand up.

Thought it was a fantastic game last night, taking away the talking points regarding the decisions, it was a great advert for the game! Thought O'Neill and Hill when he was on were outstanding for Wigan
