  8. Never skip leg day lol I'm 97 kgs and my dead lift is.90.And squats are 90.. haven't been.able.to squat for 20 yrs due to.disc.injuries. Weight training is so much fun. Cardio.not so much. Most gyms now are anytime fitness so pretty poor for weights. Theres.not many good.weights gym.nearby

  11. foam roller works for me. the one with the spikes in it. gets into the deep muscle knots. you can go on google to work out how to do different body parts. ive gone from not being able to walk properly and constant pain to basically ok like a rumble roller or similar
