People always used to say when an attendance was announced, “blimey there is more than that on”.

We could just have one attendance thread ?.

I wonder why they don’t do them now.

Attendances have always been a talking point in RL ever since i started going. When i meet up with mates at a game we sometimes have a sweep and the closest to the correct attendance wins the cash. When i speak to people who didn’t go to the game they will ask “how many was on” and “how many away fans were there”.

I remember years ago in the old Saints supporters club diary they’d give the attendances for cup games and the gate receipts. Nowadays the club doesn’t even tell you the full details of a players contract.

I’ll have to give them a go. Sadly when it comes to music i am a real music snob, i wish i wasn’t though. I have mates that enjoy listening to Prince and then AC/DC, whereas i am too blinkered.

It doesn’t look good for Scunthorpe & Oldham at the foot of league 2.

I watched their game against Stoke on Friday, Huddersfield were lucky to have eleven men on the field. A decent point for Stoke. With the owners Stoke have id have thought they’d have ploughed a load of cash in to the club, but i believe Denise Coates doesn’t really care about football. She must think she is doing an amazing job with the cash she gave herself.

I put my bet on Hull City at the start of the season, how wrong was i. If QPR go up can they stay up, it’s the same with Blackburn ?.

Rugby League isnt very good at giving out attendances to the press anymore. Yet you can go and look at tier 5&6 in football and they are quite happy to show their attendances along with the results. Although it would be better if St Helens Town AFC just showed the attendance and not the results, their defence is like WWR.

The story about the death of the English Rose and the inflatable ET always makes me laugh.

I freeze my bread and i only take out what i need instead of wasting a whole loaf.

I apologise if this has been mentioned before but should eggs be left in the fridge. Also can you freeze cheese ?.

Great win for the Tics last night, they started off slowly but got more into the game as time went on. Max Power causes all sorts of problems with his throw ins. I can’t see anyone stopping them from winning the league now. Doncaster are doomed.

The Leeds/Shrews match isn’t there a nought missing from behind the 13. Then it’d be the official attendance of 130,760.

I’ve not watched Toast Of Tinseltown yet but it has had mixed reviews.

Half Man Half Biscuit have got a new LP out in February, im really looking forward to getting that.

I have just watched the 1st Half of BWFC/Wycombe, and Wycombe are the best at wasting time. Gareth Ainsworth has done a really good job there, but they’re dull at times too watch.

Halifax Town have gone top of the National League (which i still keep calling the Conference). They have done really well this season.
