Basically where I’m at aswell looks like Dee may stay so him and field as back rowers with Reynolds(Hopefully he’s staying)and hardaker as Backup.In saying that for me personally Reynolds is in my 17 every week whether that is back row or interchanging in the forwards I think he’s gonna be a star was outstanding in the few games he played last season.

I was all in on the clune camp until recent weeks where I’ve slowly began to think our best option would be Hastings as has already been said I think York is a perfect spot for him to get his career back on track we’re very Salford esque punch above our weight small loyal fanbase and well coached would love if Hastings and Hunter were our halves with Harris and Roberts deputising.

Shame about clune.Looks like he’ll end up with a 3rd choice gig back home which leaves us with Hastings and Sezer . Another Shame about the loophole not allowed next year as Geyer and howlett would have been two brilliant signings

I personally wouldn’t complain if we signed Hastings and he came in and got 2nd most assists in the league with 29 like he has done this year.Think Hastings just needs a year where he’s kinda hidden away and just allowed to get on playing rugby.We’d suit him we aren’t a big club we aren’t the main slot on tv every week He’s copped a lot of unfair criticism imo this year just because saints had an awful year.Between clune hastings Sezer it goes in the order for me 1-Clune 2-Hastings 3-Sezer

York Knights’ new owners are prepared to invest millions, both on and off the field, and say there is a “pretty special” period ahead for the club. Well here it is agree with them decisions that were in our hands would have liked to have kept Balmforth but so be it don’t think it’s the last we’ve seen of him in a York shirt.Was hoping to see a few more faces on there the likes of Sangare nikau Clark etc.Intrested see what happens on the quota front now.
