  1. With loaders of haters saying only 25,000 at both games then check out the more global Rugby Union 7's on at the same time in L.A.
  2. I loved Central Park as it always looked bust=y be it 12,000-26,000 but hate JJB.
  3. My dreams are a bit wild when it comes to Rugby League e.g. World Rugby gets a leader who likes/background in both codes of Rugby and makes the slow and successful change of Rugby Union becoming like Rugby League and then the games merge. On the other hand the NFL see's a sport like Rugby League to be a perfect Spring/Summer filler for the networks and also a great place for players who have not made the NFL alongside the savings of not having a offense/defense and specialists teams and just make the the new UFL (XFL/USFL) alongside the CFL a Rugby League 16 team league alongside internationals. 2-4 NFL teams in Canada as well.
  4. I rather see NRL and AFL work together as both different sports.
  5. They need to have there own stadium 16,000 max but thats never going to happen.
  6. Was just checking it out as wasn't going to watch it with Las Vegas being on but not a good image for the team and sport.
  7. I love the Eurovision and Finland 2007 had the best catchy songs even UK entry Scoooch, it's just a fun night in with the wife and daughter.
  8. The USA has the population for NRL to try and grow especially with combines for College playes not making the NFL/CFL just lets have a bit of hope and faith and you never know something good might come out of this venture.
  9. Wally Lewis played 10 games for Trinity and even had a fanzine named Wally Lewis is Coming and Peter Sterling played 36 games a bit more then 3 games and the Wolves never got to Old Trafford.
  10. That Andrew John stint for Warrington was embarrassing.
  11. You learn something new every day but never knew Wigan played Warrington in 1989 in the USA( 3 years before I got into Rugby League) but saw the video on The Guardian link you posted :). Just incase I share the YouTube link.
  12. It's a bit late in a day for that...the officials ruined another game for plyers, club, coaches and fans.
  13. How much will the NRL gain or lose on this venture ?
  14. Do you think he will replace Andy Farrell for Ireland coach when Farrell joins Shaun Edwards in for French national team.
  15. Yes I saw a few that would of got picked up by certain refs like Stu Barnes, Tom Grant and Marcus Griffiths in both codes games but at the end I pay for entertainment and thats what I got and whats wrong with that.
  16. Well if we could keep what we had yesterday for the future no problem but looking to the rest of this and next season it's like walking on egg shells.
  17. After the rubbish I had to put up with the Rugby Union World Cup final and the Castleford Wigan and add Warrington v Hull games it was a refreshing change seeing no red cards in the Scotland England game and Wigan Penrith...this is how it should be.
  18. NRL in the USA, NRL buying Super League, NRL buying Rugby Australia....maybe just maybe the NRL should concentrates on expanding their own comp and maybe do something to semo pro leagues like NSW/QLD Cup and the likes of the Newcastle, illawarra and bush comps.
  19. ###### just looking at the feed back on X...etc looks like your in the minority.
  20. What will kill the game is players getting a yellow card for smashing opposing players head neck into the ground which can lead to injury and worse to being paralyzed and then dishing out a red for the Liam Watts tackle( Westerman was the first contact) and which should of being a yellow hence Wigan running a mok hence the booing from fans and the outrage from the Tigers coaching staff, fans Tv Pundits. Cool heads and a sensible approach from all sides need to happen.
