I think 6 again rule entirely, enhances the scorelines by a large large margin, it’s got to go from the international game if we don’t want these scorelines.

My definition would be Being Capable of producing consistent first grade talent out of a rugby league system. Bar these 7 Nations only 2 first grade players come from a rugby league system in other countries. Ronan Michael Ireland 1 Game Kayal Iro Cook Islands 1 Game I do not count Tonga with Konrad Hurrell as he did not play rugby league in Tonga and is a union Product. -

Your very much correct about the other stuff but don’t try turn this into a debate about SL V NRL. This was France Vs Samoa, it has nothing to do with that debate. -

We can’t act like the results don’t matter, the fact is having 60-90 point wins every 1 or 2 games is not good for our sport and does no favours. It just makes it more of a mockery when we have a team of 96% Domestic born players getting destroyed by a team with 8% Domestic born players. All it does is make a mockery of our game, Imagine if a union fan saw this result, they would be laughing there ass off. -

Heritage players have done absolutely no favours to the sport, it just makes a mockery of the international game. In the 70s and 80s when we had GB (ENG/WAL) France, Australia, New Zealand and PNG our international game was at its peak, who would’ve thought. -

62 wow this is just getting depressing, I’m certain now the international game will go absolutely no where unless stuff like this gets sorted out. Absolutely shocking what heritage players have done to the sport. -

Limit Heritage Nations to Only 8-10 heritage players per squad. 8 Teams Australia Wales New Zealand France England Fiji Papua New Guinea And one more nation ? Basically I’m implying we have a proper World Cup like every other sport. Those 7 nations are the only nations that play the sport, there for they should be the only nations in the World Cup. Heritage filled nations are an absolute joke and make a full mockery of international rugby league. -

Heritage players are a player who is not actually developed in the country he plays for. For Example Jarome Luai- Representative Country- Samoa Country of Junior Rugby Development- Australia As you see Jarome Luai came through a rugby league system in Australia yet is representing Samoa. An example of a non heritage player is say Fouad Yaha: Country of Representation: France Country of Junior Rugby Development: France The reason why this is a problem is because it doesn’t give an accurate representation of the player quality specific countries produce. -

So they shouldn’t, why do Samoa have a team but Germany (Competitive team) Don’t. Germany could have David Klemmer, Scott Drinkwater, Toby Rudolf and about 10 other first graders. what makes Samoa different to Germany, in fact Samoa only have 6 rugby league teams whilst Germany have 4. The nations have almost the same amount of clubs, why is Germany not a top Nation, The structure is so inconsistent. -

France have 96% French born players, having 1 Heritage/Residency player is fine, even having half the squad heritage is alright, But Samoa are entirely Heritage. If your wife has been in England for 20 years she’s English, most of these Samoan boys have never stepped foot in the country. By the way Heritage players definitely don’t make the international game more competitive, we’ve seen Italy, Scotland, Cook Islands, Even Samoa and a lot of other heritage filled nations get destroyed by 60+ points.
