Well here we go again folks another couple of quality posts providing nothing on the subject.

We might all have to produce our birth certificate’s and have a independent DNA test as proof though. There is another poster on here who has a better grasp of what’s going on in general & a bit closure on the inside but we’re often miles apart on view points & opinions which is fair enough though.

As per the last few posts by asking a few questions may or may have possibly put a bit more light on things from another independent source. That being said the outcome could all turn out to be completely different so as before take it as being unconfirmed speculation until something official is said. And by the way before anybody says anything I have no idea who the new poster Stonegenge is but definitely not either Boots or Cloudburst and that is official and a fact.

Just trying to clarify & clear a few points of debate up on here but it’s exactly the same thing I and another has heard. The rest will be down to acceptance by the RFL. On the consortiums also heard there were 2 separate ones one with better finances than the other who had been in contact but unsure on what the outcome was, whether to go it alone or join forces. Don’t know if you have any idea or would prefer not to comment?

Yes appreciate it’s all down to RFL approval for the membership & license and just comparing / adding to the info I already have. Also appreciate that until it’s official everything has to be viewed as ongoing, subject to change, unconfirmed etc. One final question regarding the possible 2026 start date. We know the London game was chosen by the RFL. Given a choice do you know if the club / Kyle, players etc prefer to start in 2026 or 2027?

Does that tick the 18th deadline, was the 18th just for a possible 2026 start and with it being submitted shortly does that mean even if it is approved will it now be for 2027?

Just a rhetorical comment put out in general circulation to see if there is any firm substance to it. It’s been reported that Kyle Eastmond has been involved / approached by at least one of the groups and happy enough to stay and work with them and that some of the players are waiting it out in the short term. He doesn’t suffer fools lightly and with it involving him and his future hard to think he could do that either from a professional working relationship or personnel bitten once twice shy perspective. If it goes ahead and he’s there then that’s good enough for me.

Noticed it earlier and can't read all the article because out of freebies but Isn't this just click bate old news though as the cut off date to the RFL for applications was the 18th wouldn't saying 5 days later on the 23rd be too late?

Supposedly there were 3 then down to 2 consortiums with the names of one of them not being known by anyone. If there is it’s hard to think that both of them would have members from previous boards who were directly responsible for getting the club wound up. Many people would like to know who for sure who the bad guys were. Who are the names to watch out for that would potentially turn people away?

I thought one of the problems & complaints being currently raised on here and on THPFF site by multiple people was we never get to know the TRUE facts either before, during or after the event because nothing ever gets released? So anyone like to tell us what we all know as FACT surrounding all the events leading us to this situation.

Maybe the answer to find out more is for each person to take the time themselves. Like making an effort to become better acquainted with people who are or were more inside the club and ask them direct questions themselves. Do the same with journalists, check the rugby league press, look on other forums and do their own research because that’s what at least two people on here have done in some cases spending hours doing so. Instead of or as well as just asking questions look to find the answers yourself and you be the one to try and inform people from the scraps of info there is to go on and from that try and determine what’s really going in the mess like situation this thread is based on and see how far you get. No it’s 2027 for me. The 800 + regulars will only miss a full season whereas BIG OT will miss at least an entire 2 games during the same period.
