This is my thinking as well, keep the grandfinal at the new old Trafford stadium when complete using only the etihad during construction. id also rotate the challenge cup final between Everton, anfield, etihad, st James park and possibly London venues.

Throw in a few pre-season trial games held in Samoa, Tonga and Fiji etc complete with school visits and coaching clinics etc.
