First of all I’d like to start by saying that there is No BIG MONEY man, the gents taking over the club have their own Wealth yes but what they are bringing is soooooo much more than that , what they bring is BIG sponsorships on bigger deals and a wealth of Experience regarding RL, there is currently 5 Board Members and a CEO (who is currently very poorly in hospital) Terry Flanagan-Chairman, David Bottomley CEO. Martin Hall-Director Gary Kershaw-director Sassi Patel-Director kelvin Lord-Director that is your current board members so far, at least 4 more are currently in discussions to become Owners/Directors. Now I’ve personally said this a number of times Financially we are now Unbelievably stable, the deals already signed for next season are being discussed and some already signed, and DONT FORGET we are back in the SportsTown group now and that is worth millions to us over the years in Land or Construction or other things such as Pathways or any other the board came come up with. There is absolutely no PUPPET MASTER or any inclination about a previous own having anything to do with Oldham RLFC (sorry that bit was going around the stadium at Dewsbury on Sunday)

Whoah whoah, they said that in the statement to be polite and ease his ego, that man is and was always out for himself, his ‘tireless work’ has plunged Oldham Into huge debts because HE overspent and want BQ to foot the bills. Then the stubbornness of the man received FREE shares that he would only sell to the new group. Make of that what you will. Club legend on the field in the past but he came so close to killing the Club in the end.

Listen I don’t know other people’s agendas are, but I know from guaranteed information that the club is going to be absolutely fine. They will attempt to clear the debts and they will pay the Taxman and Staff wages. This ridiculous nonsense that everyone has to ‘be careful’ and ‘watch out’. Gary left the club last time because of the way it was being run by another person, it’s a common theme if you all notice that when a certain person is involved with clubs other people resign and walk away because of said person’s narcissistic behaviour and self interests. He MF categorically cannot be involved with Oldham RLFC because he will run it only in his own way. The Club has a decision on who will take over and that’s GK and his consortium, who that involves you will find out asap. BQ is not the Puppet master and no one other than GK is ‘pulling the strings’ . We are all waiting for a Lawyer to review the legal issue and then we can move on. I hope this helps a few of you out.
