Now then, it's a race between Sandie....and Fairburn....and the little man is in........yeees he's in.

I, just like those Castleford supporters felt that the ball should have gone to David Plange but he put the bit betwen his teeth...and it was a try

Kevin Ward - best player I have ever seen

The real Mick Gledhill is what you see on here, a Bradford fan ........, but deep down knows that Bradford are just not good enough to challenge the likes of Leeds & St Helens.

Here you are Jim, I've cropped the picture working on the rule of thirds. Divide the picture into thirds by adding the lines shown in the second photo. Horizontal and vertical lines look better if the are along a third of the picture, horizons , in general, shoouldn't cut a photograph in half. Points of interest should in general be at the intersections of the lines.

Here I have cropped your photo to follow these rules (it doesn't have to be exact) below I have a version showing the actual lines of the thirds. The sun is now close to a thirds intersection and the top and bottom of the viaduct roughly follow the horizontal thirds lines.

I also just tweaked it a bit to bring out a bit more detail in the superb lighting on the underside of the bridge.

A great spot Jim and well taken.

That's why I used the words 'in general', painters have used these rules for centuries, they are long tried and tested, but as you say there are times when a photograph can be better by not following them.

Ok, I'm being dumb here I imagine, but how do I get my images small enough to upload onto here? I've tried "zipping" them and I'm told they are to big. Help!

"surely they've got to try somthing different now, maybe the little chip over the top?2
