Couple of times a week when I take my dog for a walk we do a spot of litter picking on a small pebble/mud,sand beach . We like the big pay items like plastic bottles , balloons etc as we can see a difference until the next high tides . Look along the high water mark and it's a disgusting mess of plastic wrappers , plastic bottle tops etc etc  . Came across this little fella last week , hard to understand how stuff like this is swilling around our waterways .

Skew Bridge spanning the Wilts & Berks Canal, just a couple of minutes walk from my house. My house is also just a few minutes walk from the town centre.

Towan Head, I love this area of coast line. I've spent hours over the years watching the sea at Cape Cornwall. Nice picture!

We usually take the boadyboards and kayak onto little fistal . If swell is good spend the day on beach . If conditions aren't great we head over to the bay side . Only the cost of parking . Hopefully heading down August . Great place to watch the sea/weather . Good short video on ytube about a group of Australians /South Africans paddling out to the big wave that can develop off the head when conditions are working . Long before neoprene wetsuits .
