We were playing on my sister's Wii console last night & I havent been on her Wii Fit board since August. When it re-measured me I have lost 4lb since then. I havent done any exercise in 6 weeks & havent been dieting.

Seeing as I already weigh about 9st & have a BMI of 22 I am starting to think I need to eat more ######

Done a hell of a lot of drinking over the past 4 days and not had any semblence of a hangover. Bit of rugby today with Saints-Widnes, then off to the Welsh residence for a few days of relaxation and fresh air.

Back home at last... 3 days at the out-laws is more than enough for me to feel more ill than I already was. Now onto my 2nd type of antibiotics to deal with a minor infection, my blood pressure is 150/110 (normal 110/70 - 120/80), my resting pulse is 90 (normal 55-60), I feel like **** and I couldn't even have a drink.

I've promised to subject my wife to my family next Christmas in revenge.
