Tonight I have been listening to Warrior Soul at Yardbirds in Grimsby.

Outstanding live band and an excellent venue made for a very good night. There aren't many rock 'n' roll frontmen around better than Kory Clarke.

Just come across a Sparks compilation on mp3 player. Forgotten just how good they were and how much I liked them in my early teens. A really unique band with wonderfully quirky little songs with 'interesting' lyrics.

"it is a well known fact that those people who most want to rule people are, ipso facto, those least suited to do it."
