Terrorists use cash so we should get rid of cash

I understand the gist of the article but using terrorism as an excuse for everything is wearing a little thin. We had a paper $100 note in circulation for 12 years and I only ever had one of them, despite being F/T working during that period so the average person can definitely survive without them.
