Vic Johnson
I'd go along with that but I would put Matty Dale first. The more I see him play the more I see how quiet but deadly he is. He deserved man of the match. Featherstone Rovers-a Super league club in waiting. It's time to let us in.
petesmithfan
1. Briggs. He tackled his heart out, making 3 tackles in a row at one point, Kick all but one goal( most not easy) distributed, was vocal in driving the team, and to top it off finished them off with an individual try to save us from a nervous last 3 minutes. 2. Saxton. unstoppable at times giving us great go forward, dragging in defenders all over the pitch. 3. Dale. As mentioned goes about his business with the minimum of fuss and to great affect. It should be said that it is evidently the way the DP and RS has the team playing as a whole that is really the key to the success, especially the defence. Some of the above players stand out, but then the little things are just as important, the centres pushing up and condensing the opposition, the willingness to get 3 in the tackle etc etc VIVA THE FEVOLUTION
