Could anybody please help with the following.

Team blue knock on and team red regather the ball. team red player is then stripped of the ball one on one by blue having gained no ground at all.

You would blow for the original knock on from team blue as no advantage has been applied.

If it was Bradford however then it would be play on and a penalty try under the sticks to the opposition.

If the guy passed the pall legally, however, and the receiver had it stripped, it's play on, as passing the ball is deemed "claiming advantage".

Or it used to be.

And the Bradford player would be binned for deliberate knock-on, and an "8 point try" awarded. ;)

I think it's the refs call with the zero tackle you don't have to gain ground to claim an advantage.As long as team red haven't lost too much ground and the player had full control of the ball
