I’ve heard quite a few good things about The Mandalorian so went looking for it to watch. In the UK, it’s not out until March for some strange reason. This is why people pirate copyrighted content in these days of easy internet downloading.

That advert for Motability....the one with people singing about being free?

I’m almost certainly going to hell for this but I really hate that advert. 🤔

If we're talking adverts, the pizza in that Violife fake cheese commercial is traumatising, and I'm not even Italian!

Years & Years on HBO came very highly recommended.

But it's not a patch on any episode of Black Mirror for mine.....

I stopped watching Years and Years after two episodes. Not because it was badly written or made, but I just found the storyline too depressing. A shame as I'm usually a big fan of Russell T Davies.

Black Mirror has the distinct advantage that each episode is self-contained. If one doesn't hit the mark, the next will be completely different anyway. It's a great show.

It is not. And you know it. 😉

I would be enjoying The Mandalorian if I could legally watch it in this country, which I can’t so of course I haven’t seen the first four episodes. At all. Nope. Not me.

The forth episode, which I didn’t watch, seemed a bit weak to me, but others seemed to love it.

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

I heard from a friend in California that it was a bit derivative of The Magnificent Seven. Apparently. I can’t wait until next year to find out.

Is that the one where he finds himself painting a bridge forever?

I’ve seen a bit of I’m A Celebrity this year. It’s rubbish as I expected but...one thing of note. I wouldn’t say Kate Garraway is especially attractive (although she’s nice enough) but what stands out to me is that she looks like a woman who is 50 or whatever she is. Fair play to her, hope she doesn’t end up like Carol Vorderman who probably can’t sit too close to the fire.

Just had a pot of tea while sitting at the table next to Henning Berg, the German comedian who is on Have I Got News for You. I know it was him because as I was leaving I asked him. He was sitting on his own, so I didn't interrupt him.

He lives in Hastings, apparently. He mentioned on Fighting Talk once that the game he was most looking forward to that weekend was Hastings against Faversham.

I reckon you mean Henning Wehn??  Berg was the footballer. I've seen Henning Wehn a few times and, yes, he seems to have a habit of sitting around on his own both before and after performances. Excellent comedian who I hope to see a few more times yet!

I'm going to miss Giri/ Haji very entertaining series.

As will I. Although I am not entirely confident that I understood how things stood at the conclusion?? Are we to assume that Yuto got back home to his child and lady friend and that Kenzo stayed in the UK with Sarah and Taki or did he do the honourable thing and return to Japan as well?? Would be interested in your own thoughts on this??

There were a lot of loose ends that the dance sequence at the end didn't help.

The A Team - why would anybody hire them? They use millions of bullets and never hit anybody. Crazy Murdoch chappy isn't wanted for any crime and yet he aids and abets wanted felons every episode. Hannibal Smith smokes 500 fags and hour and never coughs.

It's madness...

You have to admit, they get the job done. Even if it involves getting B.A.Baracus on an aircraft.

He ain't getting on no plane.... which is rather ironic as he has had more air time than the RAF.

I’m not some sort of sexist throwback to the 70’s or something. (Oh ok, I am) but I’ve just seen some clip on Gogglebox from ‘X Factor Celebs’ or whatever it was.

I never realised that Nicole thingy had such a cracking pair of ####. By jingo, phwoar etc .I’d deffo have a bash if she asked nicely. 👍🏻👍🏻
