Here's a nice guide for how to avoid prosecution

 

You put both yourself and LPL at very great risk by making educated guesses.  There are a fair number of prosecutions every year for these things and they're not shy about coming after websites that don't stamp on it very thoroughly.

 

Please be nice to us and don't do it.
