They may be labour supporting but, just like the MP expenses thing, some of us are not constrained by party political blinkers and I hope they get everything they deserve and are convicted where possible.

Quite. Especially if the loathsome Morgan gets his collar felt.

Yup. Stand by for torrents of indignation, calls for newspaper closures, lynchings and burnings as the forums fave hate target  makes a comeback.

I'm sorry I'll read that again. Labour newspaper in minor transgression. TRL forum no comment.

Putting "TRL forum no comment" in the first post of a thread suggests desperation, really. Are you going to get more and more manic in the build-up to the General Election again?

Oh yes...I'm only just getting going. I'll have to work extra hard to keep the forum in balance, outnumbered as are the representatives of the centre-right.

Anyway, shhhhh! Quiet....can you hear that noise? It's the angry voices of Hacked Off complaining about the Mirror. What? Can't hear anything? Quelle surprise!

It'll be the Guardian and Telegraph next, explaining how publishing the contents of stolen documents and emails is entirely different to hacking into voice mails.

Strange John that it was a link to the revolutionary Trotskyist bbc that reported it

Typical lefty press ignoring the Mirror scandal, only have a go at Murdoch (and Dacre, and Barclays)...

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

Whether its left wing or not, its a comic and I wouldn't wipe my ###### with it, so yeah....no comment, no surprise

Indeed. I'm a red as red gets. My lad is hoping to be a lab councillor this time... tho why he should wish to walk into the fires of hell Lord only knows.

However, the mirror is a bloody comic and nowt else. If it was taken off the market I wouldn't give a toss and as has been already stated, if that oily tic Morgan gets sunk in all this I'd be delerious.

I think you're barking up the wrong tree john m.

And shame on this forum's leftist cabal for ignoring it.

I've never perceived the phone hacking saga to be about left or right. Those who have been involved should be jailed, wherever they are from.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Indeed.

The only thing that surprised me about The Mirror allegations is that it took so long for them to finally surface. I imagined they would have been investigated at the same time and with the same vigor as the NOTW and the ####. It may now be difficult to find the evidence so much later after the event.

Edit to add: it looks like my way of spelling the S*n (with an additional 'c' and replacing 'n' with 'm') gets caught by the swarey filter. Shame.
