iron fist in a velvet glove 'again' donald. Town are DR with wigan so will get the better players. Could only see you getting a couple of kids who haven't been to town on DR.anyways your currently filling your allowance with widnes reserves so why would you need anymore

Crack at work is they are from Wigan. Surely we will have had a veto option on anyone on loan from Wigan??

Not necessarily, they had one on loan all last season from Wigan, a half-back or centre -  Chris Taylor.

I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimension, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave Hadfield - Independent 25th August 1996.

Wigan have named the same 19 man squad for this Fridays game against Wakefield.   The 19 include Connor Farrell; Ryan Hampshire; Logan Tompkins; Dom Manfredi and James Greenwood.

Lewis Tierney available I guess , and Gildart in the backs . Sam Powell ? Not sure about up front. Maybe we'll hold off again until they name their 17. This will be much more significant this time next week.

do they have a big impact on the squad ? this should be the real question , we only won one game with them and that was Donny who have no wins sitting bottom and lost to the north wales team , who put 40 on them in the cup !

have you seen the 2 performances without them? If so you wouldn't ask daft questions.

the futures bright, the futures blue and white
