my missus
that was a great show, and now ELO in concert, love it. Through the fish-eyed lens of tear stained eyes I can barely define the shape of this moment in time(roger waters)
Futtocks
that was a great show, and now ELO in concert, love it. Oh, you'll get the crusty old year-zero punks on this forum complaining with that post! Let me never fall into the vulgar mistake of dreaming that I am persecuted whenever I am contradicted. Exiled Townie
Jeff Lynne is a talented guy. But he isn't Roy Wood. There's quite a list. Not to diss the guy, he's very talented. But he isn't even in the same room as Roy Wood, who not only started ELO but left because Lynne was getting the hump that RW was getting all the attention. seriously, you think roy wood has written better songs. Jeff Lynne is very good - but lets be honest, there is Roy Wood, then there is everyone else. Mind you, having said that, Jeff Lynns 'Diary of Horace Wimp' will always be in my top ten best records. Anyone who can use the word 'Horace' ten times in a row and get away with it is a pretty good song writer Go on, enjoy it ....... you know you want to ......... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFU9HYyMVxQ Jam Eater 1.(noun. jam eeter) A Resident of Whitehaven or Workington. Offensive. It is now a term of abuse that both towns of West Cumbria use for each other especially at Workington/Whitehaven rugby league derby matches.
