Good response for this away trip. Very few seats left already on the Supporters Club bus so if your not booked get down quickly to the Glyndwr University Sports Centre to book your place.

And I know that quite a few families are making a weekend away of it and will be in Cardiff for Saturday night. That includes two of us cycling down - give us a wave if you pass us!

North Wales Crusaders need to kick on after last weeks narrow win over Barrow Raiders and start climbing up the league. Currently we have player 4, won 1 drawn 1 and lost 2 with a points difference of +1. We currently sit at 11th out of 14 on 3 points.  Of the 5 teams above us on 2 wins only York have played 4  games and won 2. It shows how competitive its going to be in League 1 for the whole season.

South Wales are putting on a whole day of rugby league at Cardiff Arms Park for the #BigWelshDerby game start at 9am. There is still a group offer of 7 tickets for the price of 5 on the Scorpions website. the League 1 game kicks off at 15:00

See you all in Cardiff

Far too complacent in the first half. It looked like our lads were expecting a walk over. Scorpions gave good account of themselves and deservedly went 14 - 12 up. Cru then woke up and scored 2 tries before half time and then put on a decent second half performance. Still too many penalties which is a worry.

Here is the link for the S4C coverage with Welsh commentary. Its oly available until the end of the month so watch it while its available.
