How come this is being played midweek? Has this always been planned or were there extenuating circumstances earlier in the year or something?

What's wrong with jkear????...the batley half backs are shocking imo.....pack isn't great but should be doing better...vs sheff they looked like they couldn't wait to get home and catch the next episode of emmerdale or whatever they were mad to see...hirst/hesketh/Rowe/lillycrop would make most starting teams except Bulls/Leigh ..but haven't shown that this year....players/coach ?????

London should/could run amok ..Londons greatest threat is their 2nd rows....gardside should be in superleague and Harrison wen in oz was highly thought of but doesn't seem to of reached his potential yet...Oscar Thomas is flying since he got a run of games ...but for me Elliot kear is a great signing for London at this time of year ...will love the hard ground which suits his speed and footwork and jus like McNally at Leigh could have a major impact for Broncos

Rowe has been one of the few outstanding players this season. The forwards have generally been ok this season up to now, the ridiculous lack of backs, and in particular half backs has been the killer!

London did well to win that one.  Backing up is tough enough when the opposition is an hour or so along a motorway but they did a long journey AND tackled the slope AND managed to win after beating Leigh at the weekend.  They'll now have to make another long journey to play Doncaster away.  Beating Doncaster should be no problem normally given their horrendous form this season but a third match in seven days with multiple 6 hour journeys is asking a lot of a team, fulltime or not.

I feel a bit sorry for the Batley fans this season as their team looked pretty strong last year if memory serves.

Great result in the circumstances, If you look at the middle 5 There is six poiints from Sheffield to London and just the one point separating Dewsbury from Halifax, Featherstone and London.

All to play for and London have given themselves a chance withy a result that would have been unlikely two months ago.
