I seem to remember you were rather unhappy with the manner in which we did :D

I reckon the Giant slayer Luke Walsh will return to form tonight and down them once again. Even the likes of Jack and the BFG aren't as good at beating giants as Mr Walsh is.

Well this was a spot on prediction if I may say so myself

Too many stupid missed chances

Brough deciding to kick from halfway

Bloody frustrating, Saints did not deserve that win

As you say, too many stupid missed chances. Saints got one at the end and executed it perfectly.

That's the difference between teams who win trophies and those who don't.

That was an entertaining game if not a particularly high quality one. Have to be happy with the 2 points against such a quality side as Huddersfield.

That's Walsh's 3rd drop goal against the Giants in his short St Helens career. It seemed almost inevitable that it would end that way when the conversion was missed and the scores were tied.

Entertaining game, Giants have no one to blame, It would have been easier to score some of those missed chances What got into Brough then I don't know, A kick from the half way line when he hadn't been kicking all night, bad error.

Dont expect anything from a pig but a grunt

You're correct of course, doesn't stop it being bloody frustrating.

I just hope Hull beat Cas now, a forlorn hope

That was the point we lost it imo

or when he hacked on his own chip instead of dropping on the ball

Just what is saintslass going to moan about?

The fact that Saints needed a peg up from Thaler to pinch it at the end?

This world was never meant for one as beautiful as me.

Defence was bloody pants.  Given that everyone agrees with me I don't think you're in a position to have a go about that moan are you?

On the flip side, welcome to Saints Mr Quinlan!  Not 100% sure about his last line of defence role but other than that he was thoroughly splendid and pretty good looking as well, which is always a bonus I find.

Luke the Giantslayer at work again.  Splendid!

Thank f*** we won.  We tried our hardest not to.

Lot of people say ' could of ' nowadays ? Heard it from people on telly as well .

Sorry, I'm obviously wrong if people on the telly say it.

Could of sworn I was right though....

Ray French got over excited on a number of occasions, though thankfully he survived. The commentary revealed how important Walsh is to Saints success. When's he going back?

2017.  He took up his third year option.
