Recommended Posts

We have been asked to hold a touch rugby festival on our 3g pitch Next Saturday 5th September as Part of the Peterlee Carnival.

It will be open to all ages, mixed teams, age groups as a bit of fun and a good way to show off the sport in front of the 1000s of people who will be attending the Peterlee Show event.  The annual show includes Fairground, Live Bands, Fireworks, competitions and various other Stalls, rides and events over the Weekend and will put Rugby league on show to 1000s of people who not normally see the game all be it in the Touch Format.

The show is on all weekend from Friday Night but our part of it will start at 10:30 am on, will be informal, full teams of 6 on field, squads unlimited, if you don't have a team we will put you into one.  This is an informal way to get this going and if we can make it a success we will be asked to make it an annual event as part of the show.
