Challenge Cup: Round 3

Great to be at the actual draw for round 3 of the Challenge Cup which was held at the Centenary Club, Glyndwr University Racecourse Stadium last night (16th Feb). The draw was made by Lee Briers (Wales, Warrington Wolves) and Paul Rowley (Leigh Centurions) with Dave Woods (BBC and Premier Sports) making the announcements.

North Wales Crusaders got a home draw against recent friendly rivals University of Gloucestershire All Golds. The recent friendly at the Queensway Stadium ended with a win 26-24 but All Golds clearly winning the second half. If North Wales are to progress to round 4 we'll need to play for the full 80 minutes against a competitive All Golds team

Games to be played on the weekend of 27/28 February (I'd hazard a guess our game will be on the Sunday - TBC)
