the league finished weeks ago and haven did finish bottom of the league. So technically oldham do play the club that finished bottom of the league next week.

Thems some big straws your clutching at ....never mind we may be joining you ,but not finishing bottom.Embarrassing no one from your club could speak to the radio Cumbria team today

get over it kid the league finishes after 30 games did you go sheffield today never saw you at scotch corner and today was crazy our forwards smashed dewsburys only a dion solo try was scored from the backs hopefully same again next week they where unstoppable

if that win was totally down to haven being so good you wouldnt be in the mess you are in. It was mainly a total collapse and roll over by the rams for some reason. As for us i was resigned to the drop weeks ago.

As you once said were you there and if not how do you know this, they hardly rolled over,in fact start of the second half they were leading ,then our fowards got in top and just steameollered them

I finished a job in Rochdale at half two and shot up the motorway. Having been a regular visitor to the Shay for speedway over the years I was straight there.Due to the diversion and parking I was going in 10 mins late. The stiles were shut So the steward pointed me to reception. Went there and stood for an eternity before they asked what I and the other late arrivals wanted.I asked if it was remotely possible to gain entrance to watch the match in exchange for the admission fee.The desk clerk then proceeded to grill me as to the name of the steward who had sent me to reception.I don't know was my response .Then I was asked which stand I wanted to go in.Anywhere I said, but realising that this would cause more delay I said Oldham End.After more delay I and the others were given tickets and then the chief steward escorted us to the gate steward who pointed us though to another gate steward and eventually I was in the stand. The whole process took nearly 15 mins.It was 8-6 by then and my desire for Halifax to be nuked was tempered by the 8_6 score line meaning Oldham were not capitulating. It was a shame we could not contain the slip pass down Keiron Gills side but Halifax are no mugs.

However if we get to play them next season and I am late for kick off,you know what,I'll go't pub and listen on radio.
