groundhopper
With the Pennine and Hull Leagues being the only ones playing in Winter, my plan for the next few months is to try and visit the venues I have not been to before. Most clubs will be at the same venue as before but the Leeds one confuse me. Can anyone clarify Leeds Underdogs are at Adel Whinmoor. I have seen then twice and been to the clubhouse on the estate but on each occasion, they have played over a mile away at the former Menston pitch. Is this just in wet weather or the usual arrangement? Halton Moor. I arrived here about an hour before kick off to find the club locked and no one there. Do they play next to the club Beeston Broncos. I saw them at the pitch next to the motorway and players walked from the club on the Dewsbury Road. I have been told they play at Cross Flatts Park now. Is this correct?
terrywebbisgod
Underdogs are indeed at Adel, although they seem to forfeit quite a few games. You'd be lucky to see them play. Thank you for your valuable contribution.
MJB
You will be very lucky indeed, they have pulled out of the Pennine League for this season.
