Simon Hall
We were looking to the future 2 years ago when we first started banging on about it, we knew exactly where it was all heading. All of a sudden we're being told to move on even though it's still in the grips of the same idiot who's caused it. Right now it seems like all those who either kept their mouth shut, sat on their hands or blamed us for it all are getting the club they deserve. Nothing stopping others digging deep and trying to do something, rather than criticising us for having the audacity to say where it all went wrong. How many of you have contacted the RFL, Jason McGill, had meetings with old directors, council, other clubs, players & coaches etc etc? Or are we all waiting for someone else to sort it? http://www.alldesignandprint.co.uk Printing & Graphic Design with Nationwide Service Programmes | Leaflets | Cards | Banners & Flags | Letterheads | Tickets | Magazines | Folders | Brand Identity plus much more Official Matchday Programme Print & Design Partner to York City Knights, Heworth ARLFC, York Acorn RLFC & Hunslet RLFC Official Player Sponsor of Marcus Stock for the 2020 Season
paul
After showing both comments made by Simon & Gary to work colleagues, there also had no idea what had been going in the last 2 years with yourselves & JG.Like I said if the local media have not been reporting on this subject how will the supporters no about it? I suggest you take it up with the Press & Radio York, Paul, we've sent them everything but they're too scared to do anything for fear of being sued unfortunately. http://www.alldesignandprint.co.uk Printing & Graphic Design with Nationwide Service Programmes | Leaflets | Cards | Banners & Flags | Letterheads | Tickets | Magazines | Folders | Brand Identity plus much more Official Matchday Programme Print & Design Partner to York City Knights, Heworth ARLFC, York Acorn RLFC & Hunslet RLFC Official Player Sponsor of Marcus Stock for the 2020 Season

GaryHall
Radio York actually ran a programme after the window l****r episode. I cannot blame the employees of the Press or Radio York for not getting too involved, he is so vindictive he would stop at nothing to get someone fired if they spoke against him. As far as the future is concerned until a public announcement is made that he has wound the business up there is very little that can be done.Maybe one of the shareholders can shed some light on the current situation regarding the sale of the business. paul
Maybe that is aim to make sure there is nothing left of the club and then just walk away. Does JG own all the shares?

No, I'm led to believe that a Mr Bone purchased at least one genuine York City Knights share
DEANO
I put £250 in when the Knights were formed so I must own a tiny bit perhaps sometimes you have to take a step backwards to move forward
Mick the Miller
I put £250 in when the Knights were formed so I must own a tiny bit perhaps No chance Deano. JG did issue 9 shares to supporters though on top of his initial 10,000 so if the shares are sold they maybe due something but highly unlikely too. They cost £240 each which was ridiculous. You never know, 9 lucky punters could double their money if he sell the entire club for £5m. http://www.alldesignandprint.co.uk Printing & Graphic Design with Nationwide Service Programmes | Leaflets | Cards | Banners & Flags | Letterheads | Tickets | Magazines | Folders | Brand Identity plus much more Official Matchday Programme Print & Design Partner to York City Knights, Heworth ARLFC, York Acorn RLFC & Hunslet RLFC Official Player Sponsor of Marcus Stock for the 2020 Season

Yes, a valuation of £2.4 million to buy shares was a bit OTT. Goodness knows why they bought them at that price.

Surely you've red that the bar was a "gold mine", thus contributing to the above valuation? #receiptsinabox
Antisuperleague
Just to wish you all the best. We went into administration as have Bradford, about ten times! and we came back stronger - just keep the faith.
weighman
Is going into administration on the agenda .Surely its a matter of selling the old club or it going into liquidation ! Then someone else forms a new club .
