This strikes me as a smart move. Guasch says "He will be here to support Laurent Frayssinous, being in charge of the off-field management of players, not only in the SL squad, but also in our academy and reserve teams." This is Les drac's best signing for a while!He should gain the respect of French and overseas players, and mean Guasch himself has to spend less time trying to be the players' manager, never easy, I suspect, if you are the chairman (and of course, Guasch does have a meat wholesale business to run!) The only sadness is that it comes after the demise in form of Escare, the alleged trouble between Guasch and Pellisier, and some of the alleged antics of antipodean stars.
