1. Hardman- as safe as houses under the high ball and his goalkicking

2. Johnson- not having many games but never letting the team down when picked

3. Davies- never takes a backward step.

Wooden spoon--- Thackeray.

1. Moore, unfortunate to come off

2. Davies, tackled well

3. Mariano, showed some enthusiam

Not too disappointed we didn't win but thought we played well, a couple of mistakes cost us.  Well done to Johnson and Cooper, fitted in nicely.  Please stop letting the ball bounce Hardman and call for the high ball, nearly made a mess again, Johnson did well to gather!

1. Moore

2. Mariano

3. Johnson

I thought it was a really good effort especially with the players we had out (and after losing another 2 props to injury during the game).  After that I thought it could be an uphill battle (it was) in the second half with their bigger forwards running down the slope but we matched them.  Good sign that the forwards are passing the ball and were involved in all 3 tries.

1.  Moore - his best game for us by some margin, caused HKR all sorts of problems before having to depart - where has that Rich Moore been all season? So typical that he'd pick up an injury when going so well, and when we really needed all the big men we could get on the field to match their pack size (ditto Big Jack).

2. Mariano - made a real impact when he came on, great go forward and good hands too.

3. Davies - solid as a rock as usual, never took a backward step.

Honourable mentions for Briscoe, Brooks, Cooper, and Johnson, the last of whom might even have had a shout for top three had he not made such a mess of trying to chase down Shaw's breakaway.

Thought Hardo, Thacks and Briggsy were all disappointing (Hardo's goal-kicking aside), which blunted our cutting edge in a game we could potentially have won.

Moore

Davis

Mariano for me. Forwards took KR on even when we lost two to  injuries. There were quite a few others gave it everything

Final voting for Hull KR (Qualifiers)

1st- Richard Moore, 49 votes, 3pts

2nd = Frankie Mariano/Kyran Johnson, 17 votes each, 2pts each.

The league table for the trophy is unaffected, John Davies still leading Anthony Thackeray by 2 points on 26 & 24 respectively.

With only 3 games to be voted on the top 6 places stand as such:

1- Davies, 26 pts

2- Thackeray, 24pts

3- Turner, 19pts

4= Walton/Taulapapa, 17pts each

6- Hardcastle, 15pts.

The above 6 are the only players that could feature in the top 3 at the end of the season.
