Shock and horror, the Frog had something negative to say about Toronto. This is about as surprising as the other fellow making a comment about attendances.

It's quite ironic really. All this used to be directed at London

The board has an Ignore function.  I use it for all posters who knowlingly post BS.

The only problem is if someone quotes them in a reply.

Do not humour the children breaking things for attention.

You are right!

That might be progress.

London have huffed and puffed but in the best part of 40yrs theyve not changed the face of rl have they ?

The frog could be wrong about Toronto & NA though.

So important no one over here stands in the way of perez growing the sport over there should fans buy into it

Ryan Bailey got in.

To be fair we did have some visa issues with his so he missed the first game or two in Canada. They have all of off season to get its sorted and up until May really so it shouldn't be an issue. We're not going to pull a Barrow and apply for his visa the night before he has to travel

Ackers was doing well at LB. Don't understand why TWP are allowed this. Has London become less Important now that there's a North American "fantasy" team ? Beggars belief the way this game is driven sometimes. If you think the future of RL  should be determined by a Canadian marketer then we are in serious trouble.

The "fantasy" has become a reality. A Canadian marketeer who has done more to promote RL in one year than the RFL has in 30 years. Your worst nightmare froggy, love seeing your posts, they show how fragile you are.

Just trying to Inject a sense of reality into nonsense led expansionism. I'm guessing London has been put to one side until Torontos fake team reaches its inevitable conclusion.

London is hindered by the Union scourge. It will only become big in London after success in other big world cities like Toronto and New York. This will cause folks to reevaluate the sport. It won't be successful in London when it is promoted as an M62 sport.

Of course for many, RL being successful in London would be a nightmare too.

At the moment, they are based in an area with lots of hipsters and young professionals, who have no sporting alligence to any club in the area.

If the game day provided them with that they want, it would be the basis for a successful club.

Why does everybody assume that TWP put Ackers up to this? Would Ackers himself be leaving London without a job to go to? What if another club, say Leigh, had a whisper in Ackers' ear and then got outbid.

Conspiracy theories reign supreme.

I hope that is the case. That is the same demographic that is around the Lamport stadium.
