This is a real shame that we cant keep hold of a young talent that we have developed from our U-18s. We finally come up with the player pathway after 7 years and our first player through leaves and signs for another club! I realise that players will have bigger ambitions than League 1 but so should the Club. We need to hang on to our talent and get the Club finishing higher in the League rather than losing players to other teams.
