hunsletgreenandgold
We'd take a derby with Hunslet Warriors or any of the other 5 Leeds teams to be honest. Be nice to have quiet one with our old friends up at Queens
BARRETT
I thought Queens had disbanded. Obviously not - but what did they win to enable them to be included in the RLCC?

I know there's been a couple of incidents when getting to the rounds where pro sides come in that amateur sides haven't benefited much from the tie but still don't understand why that would make you reject RL's most prestigious tournament - especially in the early rounds, it's a decent preseason game and for the home sides at least a bit of money for the club. I think they could definitely cause Pilkington an upset. I'm sure Pilkington will already have one eye on the night out in Newcastle after the game..... That's very good to hear. Must admit, to me, Wallsend and the North East League are an unknown quantity. I shall have to see about a drive up there for a game during the 2018 season.
