chisholm
What has happened to the Marie's ? Very good set up and very good side years ago. Felt they were treated very poorly by the NCL , some very good friends and respected people involved with them. Anyone know how Swifty and co are going on ? Marauder
? Carlsberg don't do Soldiers, but if they did, they would probably be Brits. http://www.pitchero....hornemarauders/
PaulF
The Maries open age folded before the start of last season but I think there is one junior team still going. Stalwart Ronnie Wharton is attempting to restart the open age but most of the last group of active adult players are playing at Halton Farnworth and West Bank. PaulF
The area of land that was the clubhouse and car park is now a housing development and the pitch is now owned by the adjacent Union club. Very sad to see.
thepimp007
Shame to hear that. Always a tough place to go when they were in the NCL and they had the best aftergame drink off for the man of the matches to the police song roxanne
