Dons attendances are on the rise with a substantial increase in numbers this season.

Last year saw an average attendance of 562 at the Keepmoat Stadium, however 2018 has already seen a dramatic increase in numbers through the turnstiles due to the attractive brand of rugby that Richard Horne’s side are currently producing.

Over the first three home league matches played this year, the average attendance has risen to 825, an increase of 47 per cent on last year.

Chief executive Carl Hall said: “It’s fantastic that our attendances have risen by over 47 per cent from last year.

“The club is going forward on and off the pitch and we hope that this continues right throughout the season. The brand of rugby we are playing at the moment is stylish and attractive. It’s of great importance to make the Keepmoat a fortress, and with attendances increasing and the results we are picking up it’s only a matter of time."

Tickets are still available for the Sunday’s clash against the North Wales Crusaders, either by calling the Club Doncaster Box Office on 01302 762576 or visit tickets.clubdoncaster.co.uk.

Fans should also note that cash gates will not be in operation for this or any further game this season.  Tickets can be purchased on the day from the Club Doncaster Box Office, however, it is recommended that you purchase in advance to avoid long queues on matchday.
