22-0 up at HT.

Probably thought we would be a good bit more in front but dare I say it on here . .  Well done West Wales

Sounds like we are spilling the ball like last week, we need to play our sets and take the energy out of them I'm sure the tries will come if we do. Anyone know why Jamie isn't playing ?

A good first 20 then its all gone a bit scrappy.  We need to get the ball out on the edges a bit more as it sounds like theres lot of gaps

This was a chance to build up our points difference but I don’t think anyone told the players

I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimension, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave Hadfield - Independent 25th August 1996.
