No team will simply roll over...the Raiders effort against TO was there in spades but the gulf in class was apparent. With a full squad Barrow would've given TO a much closer game but would've still been defeated I think.

I just saw this:

“We have got Toulouse and then we’ll find out who we will be playing but we can’t concentrate too much on that yet. I have got some beaten up bodies from the Batley game and so we’ll have to see who I can select to go to Toulouse. We are trying to be smart with our squad as is everyone, because we want to have a fit and firing squad going into those super 8 fixtures.”

So is Barrow a stronger current squad for London than when they got hammered by TO ?

What is Dewsbury's squad looking like as i guess today's the day before they fly out ?

Snowman with the 3 Catalan players it should bolster the Raiders ranks but we are still down significantly on the seasons starting squad and lost another in Ryan Fieldhouse for what could be a fair few weeks.

I have always maintainted jp that if you have two teams of equal abillity then a good contest and game is the likely outcome, whatever the standard they play at!

Strangely after a manic 24hrs or so it seems the club has settled down again and its a case of 'as you were.I reckon if the players have been given reassurances about their immediate future we could now actually see a decent performance.I hope so anyway.

Stan will be back in a couple of weeks apparently mate. Curran has another three games to serve on his ban.
