Hope you're right for Donny Simon. No Miloudi I think but still a good set of backs.

How do you know there’s no  Miloudi Rob?

I don't to be honest. Just seeing Hull's 19 I'd be very surprised if it wasn't Miloudi and Harris at HB. Educated guess but Sando to FB and Bish on wing which I'm perfectly happy with.

Workington, London, Crusaders, Doncaster, Bradford, Whitehaven (just) and York. Nothing controversial there. Would love Newcastle to do us a favour but really don't think they're capable.

Someone thought that funny on my post. I really am new to this aren't I?

I'm off to Stebonheath Park on Sunday.

Penultimate stop on my comprehensive tour of League 1 grounds this season.

Just the Vestacare at Oldham then to complete the set a week on Sunday.

It's been an eye-opener so far, but in a good way.

You’ll have a great time John. A very nice ground is Stebonheath. The pitch is one of the best at any rugby league ground in the country.

Bring your platform shoes cos your gonna struggle to see the action at the vestacare with a decent crowd

   Ooh,you are awful.But I like you.

The Bradford press have suggested a cricket score. If they wish to declare after 30 seconds,I won't object.

I sincerely hope we are not aiming for the highest number of 'nillings' in a season.

Just a drop goal will raise a cheer.

Far be it from me to suggest any one mixes business with pleasure - but arranging an interview with Kim Williams may be a bonus.

He sure has a job on his hands to inculcate the club/players with professionalism.

His players at Capras defeated PNG Hunters last week in his last game in charge with them.

I don't know if the opposition included the 2 fellas Featherstone have signed.

I'm hoping that the Bradford followers keep their loudest cheers for any positive scores emanating from the York v Oldham game.

( Please forgive me but the opposition cheers have become slightly wearing this very long year)

There again,if the wider west Wales public become aware of rugby league on offer at Stebonheath Park in 2019 by the excitement and noise of the crowd, that would be better still.

No reserves, but resilience, persistence and determination are omnipotent.

I’m glad you’ve enjoyed your season with us John. League one gets a bad press and is looked down on by some folks. It’s actually quite entertaining and there’s been some cracking games.

I agree. I've loved every moment of it.

Too much is made of blowout scorelines (as if they don't happen anywhere else, ahem, Warrington 80 v Hull 10) and not enough attention is paid to the passion, determination and sheer hard work that goes on keeping the show on the road at this level. Also, a lot of the development work going on is fantastic and deserves to be supported and evangelised about far more by the 'higher ups' who run the sport.

There are inequalities which need to be addressed, of course there are, but I'd recommend a League 1 game to anyone, without hesitation, for an afternoon of entertaining Rugby League often at prices which seem way too cheap - though I accept the latter doesn't apply at Odsal!!

The hospitality towards Bradford has been amazing too. I was never one of those who anticipated this league being a cakewalk for the Bulls and it has proved not to be the case.

My main hope now is if my club does achieve promotion from League 1 - and it is still an 'if' as far as I'm concerned - it is seen to have been done on merit, through results on the field, and not as a result of some last-minute jiggery-pokery with regard to league structures.

Exactly this. Should York get promoted, I want them to have done it on the pitch, rather than at an EGM.
