Be interesting to compare the overall season ground attendances of both codes, there were a few poor attendances with the NRL Clubs this season!

Any Stato's out there??

AFL wins it hands down, tbh there's not much else for them to go watch in many of the areas, cricket is down massively RU is a joke but soccer does get a fair few in Melbourne, Sydney and Brissy, still overall 50% lower average (10,671) which plummeted circa 13% from 16/17 to 17/18 season.

They do, but they have been caught out fudging crowd numbers at GWS, GC Suns and Brisbane Lions home games.

The NRL are doing a lot of good things on their own turf - helped by what is currently an excellent product with a very competitive league. I've really enjoyed watching games on Sky this year.

SOO has been less captivating this year but the league has been brilliant. What they're doing with the Women's game is also great.

They just need to broaden their horizons a bit - it would be good to see them take a game to America and support the international game more. Also, they still owe the RLIF millions from the World Cup disaster
