Billy don't particularly watch any team just noticed this as I turned up to watch it when it was cancelled had a look on the Pennine League fixtures it still shows the Warriors at home. I know, I think a couple of areas need looking at, local cups and DR for a short period when the seasons cross over, you can't expect players to sit out 2 or 3 weeks without playing when they can get a game elsewhere, sadly the same will happen to the summer sides when the winter season starts again. My lad hasn't played for a month,two challenge cup rounds (he's only 16 and none of the young lads were in the CC squads) and two postponements.Couldn't play today because he's playing for 18's tomorrow and club won't let them play Saturday and Sunday. The season would have just about finished if teams hadn't have postponed games. That's the problem,not local cup games. Thank you for your valuable contribution. We've always fallen foul to local cups, especially the districts that have more than one competition, one year we where on the top of the Yorkshire Premier with two games to go, it took 9 weeks to play those games, we got beat by the bottom club at home then two weeks later got beat by Queens by a late try also at home. We've missed 2 in 2 seasons with the initial date of one being called off by the NCL team on the other hand we've had 4 not turn up here in two seasons, so yes it's not good but better than others.
