Two Derby games in the semis!Spoilt for choice really.I went to Doncaster to see Toll Bar beat Three tuns from Hull in a cracking game which went to extra time.No golden point but ten minutes each way after 28 all.Ex Doncaster pros Liam Welham and 2 try Nev Morrison outstanding for Tuns but it was Toll Bar who sneaked it 35 -34 with a drop goal at the death!Pete Green(no.20) was outstanding for the home side.

Cracking game this afternoon down  East Leeds v Cutsyke, the Castleford club narrowly making it through.

Semis are Lock Lane v Cutsyke and Upton v Toll Bar.

It was a cracking game, brought East's unbeaten run to an end but Cutsyke were worthy winners.Their first half performance showed what a good side they are,ran with power and pace and produced some fantastic offloads.

Thank you for your valuable contribution.

Pete also gives 100%, East Hull's coach driver took them around Doncaster a few times before actually making it to Upton at 2pm (KICK-OFF time) looks like they went 20 - 0 down before half-time, not sure why the driver went into Donny in the first place but I suppose he was a professional drive :)

Toll Bar v Upton should be a cracking local derby,  Toll Bar have just had the edge in recent meetings.

Upton in final, Doncaster disqualified. Don't know why, presume team sheet problems.

Not heard anything and you can't disqualify a team without an hearing and I'm sure BARLA wouldn't have had time yet to have had a meeting.

I can't see anything, both teams looked poor, fair play to roll bar for winning

Poor or not I bet Toll Bar will give Lock Lane a good game especially if they've got the likes of Craig Lawton & Karl Mills back.

Heard Toll Bar played a couple of players who haven't played the number of games that made them eligible to play in the semi.

Sounds like it, we all had the cup rules sent out to us before it started.- All players must play in at least two league or cup games to be eligible to play for a club in any semi-final or final.

Would have made sense for someone from barla to check the teams before the game as there was committee members at the game or have teams submit their squads for checking, would have saved a lot of grief afterwards

Why make it complicated, team sheets as per normal are filled out and given to the referee, after the game the referee fills in all the match stats and then the home team sends the team sheet to John Taylor who does check the names on he team sheet against both teams registered player list.

Surely the toll bar coach and secretary would have known? Pretty poor if they did, but thought they wouldn't get found out!

Sadly I believe Toll Bar have a system where their secretary overlooks every team within the club and he hasn't been well, they also changed their first team coach the week before this game.

It isn't complicated, John Taylor could check the teams before the game instead of afterwards, saves an awful lot of trouble for all involved now.
