Some clubs like Rochdale are supporters trusts and cannot be taken over by anyone looking to make a quick buck.

Does Barrow RLFC' s constitution prevent that happening? If so it should be presented to potential sponsors as a safeguard that the money they give will indeed prevent monies being misspent.

Paul, Ron is spot on. I think and hope that every time a supporter goes to CP, his/her gate money and every thing he/she spends in the ground is going towards the club. No owners who want to make money out of the business, just a board who want to take this club forward. I think we now have that.
