MattSantos
Pretty poor week. Chinese New Year and the wife was off work. Given that she's 30odd weeks pregnant, our diet wasn't great by any means. Odd attempt at a run failed as it's been too hot and I've been drinking beer in the pool all week Back into a normal routine today - gym for assault bike and cossack squat / press up intervals. Very tight back still, hoping to manage it through daily stretching. See what happens in the gym tomorrow! tim2
I'm now in Arizona having weighed in before my trip at 74.5kg - let's see what the great American diet does for my waistline. 1 "I am the avenging angel; I come with wings unfurled, I come with claws extended from halfway round the world. I am the God Almighty, I am the howling wind. I care not for your family; I care not for your kin. Biscuits and gravey are not what you would expect! Get some tacos and burritos down you. With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

Indeed. I introduced the missus to what real tacos and burritos are like, and it justified my not touching them in Europe. Mister Ting
Thanks to family connections, along with the rest of my family I had some real Mexican/Arizona tacos and burritos specially made a few years back. They were something else. 1 Learn to listen without distortion and learn to look without imagination.

If you are anywhere near Tucson then go to Lindys on 4th (I think). The diet won't appreciate it but the taste buds will.

CanaBull
Did a 6km walk last night and had some weight loss before the official weigh in day tomorrow, lets see if that stays! Got some tweaks done to the leg and foot brace because walking more quickly it thought sections of my heel were edible.

tim2
When I packed my suitcase for the US I weighed it - it was 13kg and having to lug it up and down steps on Sunday was not fun. I've lost 11kg so far - no wonder I was struggling to run. 2 "I am the avenging angel; I come with wings unfurled, I come with claws extended from halfway round the world. MattSantos
Tough session today. Ball slams, bent over rows, press ups and kettle bell swings. Finisher was 5 rounds of 60 lunges, 10 dead bugs and 10 burpees. Moose
A beautiful morning in West Yorkshire today. I'm setting out shortly for one of my regular walks, 8.6 miles and it will take me give or take a couple of minutes 2 hrs 20 mins. Weight still 66 kilos.
Bedford Roughyed
As part of my Over 40's health check the other week they sent me for blood tests, as to be frank, I'm a prime candidate for a whole host of issues! Came back as perfectly normal, and the high cholesterol from the in surgery test came back as norm too. I think this is luck rather than any effort on my behalf. 4 With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game.
