This means the exercise will be less intense. With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. henage Posted February 1, 2020 Share Posted February 1, 2020 last week took dog out for a 3 mile walk each day bike to work 5 days 5 miles per day hill work thursday , only a couple of hills in East Hull , from bottom of hill to the top and back to the bottom = quarter of a mile . 15mins up and down 3min break 10 mins up and down 5 min break 5 mins up and down , finished .
