May look at something like that mixed in with a few other exercises just to keep ticking over.

I would be very grateful for the company!

Everyone meet Shrek. Shrek, meet everyone.

25 sets - 20 swings, 5 press ups.

Total: 500 swings, 125 press ups.

Crikey it was hot today!

Gatherings of more than two are banned though....

I could pretend to be someone else. Maybe a plumber come to fix a broken Boiler/washing machine. I’m sure I’ve seen something like this happen in a documentary or something.

I'm sorry Bob but I can resist no longer. You seem to be doing an awful amount of press-ups this week, is this with the assistance of your much younger Scandinavian wife.

I am led to believe the specialist channel for these documentaries is offering free access to their site for the duration of the lockdown.
I just hope it doesn't give the younger generation unrealsitic expectations, like how easily and quickly you can get a plumber to call.

Or how long it takes a plumber to complete the job.

160.8lbs this week.  Bit up but in the range.  Got messed up on Saturday so not being doing much other than making sure I don't make things worse.

Are you changing the subject to fitness? Is that thread drift ?

Day 2 - 500 more swings with Shrek. 3 rows with him either side after every 20.

Day off tomorrow - maybe have a swim. Might mix in some Turkish Get Ups, but the floor is ridiculously hot and i like training in the sun... (sorry)

Aim is to repeat until ive done 10k in 30 days.

Telling people they can only do one outside exercise a day has probably seen the biggest increase in exercise ever....

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

I normally run in the daytime, in the local countryside, anywhere between 10k and 20k, four times a week. I rarely see anybody else while out running - more chance of seeing deer or a fox than a person. In the past week, I've seen at least three people out walking, running or cycling on every one of my runs and on Sunday, more than a dozen.
