I tried a Joe Wicks Introduction to HIIT yesterday. 15 minutes.

A few years ago, I did some, kept up using slightly heavier weights. I tried one again recently and discovered ageing and laziness had very real effects.

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

10,000 swings with a 24kg kettlebell. Done.

Will probably look at snatching, clean and presses and maybe some globlet squats/ rear lunges next.

I've my eye on the 200 snatches in 10 minutes test which could be nice*

45-55(ouch)-35-few minutes-30-few minutes-55+(69)

For the first time, the 100 seems to be in reach.

I was wearing only a pair of shorts and with the window open. The room was notably warmer and smellier afterwards.
