gingerjon
Just remembered to weigh myself: 80kg. Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life. (Terry Pratchett)
Bedford Roughyed
Lost 2.5 kgs this week. 6 out of 7 days of a diet. KFC on Wednesday was a slight blip. 155.5kgs today. With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

Bearman
Two weeks ago my wife and I started doing Tai Chi. We watch You Tube, Don Fiore daily 20 minutes for beginners. I had been doing 30 minutes of exercise bike and pushing myself to my limit. So I thought I was quite fit. The tai chi still gets me though. It may be slow and gentle but we both feel the benefit. After two weeks I still have not mastered the move " Snakes Tongue". 3 Ron Banks Midlands Hurricanes and Barrow
henage
Headed to Cayton Bay Sunday( 6am) . Dropped wife at Filey . She wanted to run along the cliff to Cayton (5mile ish . ) I ( and dog) covered over 3 miles along Cayton fantastic Beach waiting for wife . Had breakfast in van then spent 2+ hours in the surf on kayak , dog and wife covered another 3ish miles . 1st time this year in the surf had muscle burn plus face was as red as a beetroot , not sure how as sea mist was along the coast until mid afternoon . Tide was now dropping dog still looked like it wanted another blast so grabbed the litter picker and cover 2+miles filling the bag with plastic from the high water mark . £3 to park , toilets , surf shop , controlled access to parking area . Few people on beach near the get down but loads of room . Great place to blow the cobwebs away , get the heart pumping , burn the fat .....

Bob8
I have started using light weights instead of press ups or the heavy bag, and that strained wrist of a few weeks is starting to recover. Copa
I’m changing up my fitness program. It will have more cardio and more compound exercises. I’ve introduced medicine ball slams, kettlebell swings, medicine ball over the shoulder drops, yoke carry and other good stuff. In a few days I’ll also introduce box jumps, weighted sled push and rack pulls

Bob8
I went back to the boxing gym, after deciding to give the sprain in my wrist time to recover for a week or two. I was a mess. Sweating hard after five minutes and so exhausted at the end that I dreaded the walk home. Good to be back though. 81.7kg.
